Thinking of joining us for the first time?

If you're new to On The Run Cumbernauld, you'd be very welcome to come along and give us a try.

You don't need to be fast, experienced, or know anyone already — our jog leaders will help you get settled into a group that suits your pace and ability.

If it's your first visit, try to arrive a few minutes early and have a quick chat with one of the jog leaders so we can point you in the right direction.
